One of my favorite things about traveling is exploring the local cuisine. I love to try some foods but love to sample foods and learn about the culture and history behind them.

You have to do what is right for you and always consult a medical provider for your own well being. However, I have been advised to minimize eating meat along with some other restrictions, so I am going to share my story and do my best. We will see!
